Yes. All plans are one-time payments with no recurring charges. After your scan completes, you own the results permanently. If you want to run a new scan in the future (to check for new mentions or verify removals), you can purchase another scan at the current price.
Yes. You can purchase a new scan anytime to check for new mentions or verify that removal requests were successful. Each scan is a separate one-time payment. We recommend re-scanning 30–60 days after requesting removals to confirm they’ve been processed.
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you’re unsatisfied with your scan results. Email support@goodpresence.io with your scan ID and reason for the refund request. We process refunds on a case-by-case basis, typically within 2–3 business days. Note: Refunds are not available after removal requests have been sent on your behalf.
