Pricing Questions

Is this a one-time payment?

Yes. All plans are one-time payments with no recurring charges. After your scan completes, your results are live for 29 days, but you can save your results at anytime.

Can I re-scan later?

Yes. If you want to run a new scan in the future (to check for new mentions or verify removals), you can “rescan” for free three times within 29 days of purchase. After 29 days, you can purchase a new scan anytime. Each scan is a separate one-time payment. We recommend re-scanning 30–60 days after requesting removals to confirm they’ve been processed.

What’s your refund policy?

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you’re unsatisfied with your scan results. Email support@goodpresence.io with your scan ID and reason for the refund request. We process refunds on a case-by-case basis, typically within 2–3 business days. Note: Refunds are not available after removal requests have been sent on your behalf.
